Work is most fruitful and satisfying when it’s values-aligned. Here are some of mine:
Relational trust is a powerful catalyst that is developed over time.
Systems, products, and outcomes benefit when space is made for the wholeness of the humans supporting them.
Different perspectives are always available, even if seemingly out of reach at times. On occasion, this may even include things like lightness and fun!
Expertise matters, but it is not monolithic. Some of the best ideas come from multidisciplinary approaches, “beginner’s mind,” and weaving across multiple groups or individuals.
