Work is most fruitful and satisfying when it’s values-aligned. Here are some of mine:

• Relational trust is a powerful catalyst that is developed over time.
• Systems, products, and outcomes benefit when space is made for the wholeness of the humans supporting them.
• Different perspectives are always available, even if seemingly out of reach at times. On occasion, this may even include things like lightness and fun!
• Expertise matters, but it is not monolithic. Some of the best ideas come from multidisciplinary approaches, “beginner’s mind,” and weaving across multiple groups or individuals.
