When groups authentically coalesce around vision, aspiration and shared human endeavor, it is precious and powerful. In community and with colleague, I aim to help make it less rare. As a consultant, I help groups equip and inform themselves to more fully understand, clarify and make governance design choices. As a coach, I help individuals to more fully understand, clarify, and build the futures they’re living into as leaders and as members of their communities.
